The Stakeholder Committee will be responsible for directing the public involvement process, including outreach to populations traditionally underrepresented in the planning process, and reviewing and analyzing the results of each phase of plan development. The Committee is composed of two representatives from each focus area subcommittee and one equity member from an organization/population that is traditionally underrepresented in the planning process. The representatives were appointed by each focus area subcommittee and the equity member was selected by the Steering Committee.
