The Technical Committee will be responsible for advising the Project Director on day-to-day management and planning process issues, as well as ensuring efficient and effective communication between the Steering Committee and its member organizations. It will also be responsible for mediating disagreements that may arise between the Stakeholder Committee and the Steering Committee. It will conduct independent analysis of issues and provide recommendations to reconcile any differences between the committees.
